The holiday or festive season can be a wonderful time for reflection and celebration, but this time of year can also be difficult for people experiencing an eating disorder. Navigating social gatherings, food, and for some, the experiences of loneliness or isolation, can be challenging.
Please join us for a our online Stories of Recovery event, where you will hear from two EDV Stories of Recovery Ambassadors. They will share share their recovery journey and tips for coping through the holiday season.

Who: this event is designed for people in recovery from an eating disorder. We also welcome carers and the general community.
